Qayam HMS – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Qayam HMS (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Qayam HMS is a hotel management system designed to help hotels and guest houses manage front desk operations, reservations, rooms, billing, users, and reports.

3. Free Trial

Qayam HMS may offer a 7-day free trial. During the trial:

  • No payment is required
  • No automatic charges are applied
  • You may subscribe later or continue at your own pace

Trial features and duration may change in the future.

If you choose to continue after the trial, you agree to pay the applicable monthly subscription as offered by Qayam HMS. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. You are also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you enter into the system.

5. Data Ownership

All data entered into Qayam HMS belongs to you. Qayam HMS does not claim ownership of your hotel or guest data. You are responsible for maintaining and managing your records.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other hotels’ data, or misuse or disrupt the system. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Availability & Changes

Qayam HMS is provided on a best-effort basis. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service for maintenance or improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Qayam HMS is not liable for business loss, financial loss, or data issues arising from misuse or incorrect operation of the system.

9. Termination

You may stop using Qayam HMS at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
